A large number of new customers get in touch with Laura first. They talk about their horse, ask their questions and want to know which product best suits their situation. And we are more than happy with that. We would rather give good advice first than have someone just order something.
And when you keep seeing those same names amongst the orders afterwards... yes, that does make us feel rather proud.
