Shipping
After placing and paying for your order, we will make sure the product is shipped as soon as possible. For the Netherlands and Belgium, 24-hour delivery applies. However, it may happen that the product you ordered is unexpectedly out of stock. If we cannot deliver the product within 10 days, we will send you an e-mail with the necessary information. You can then choose to receive the product later or cancel the order. In the case of cancellation, we will refund the amount you paid within a week. We aim to provide you with the best possible service and will keep you informed about the status of your order.
Return
If you are not satisfied with the product delivered, you have the right to return it. It is important that the bottle is unopened and undamaged to be eligible for return. You must return your product to the address below within 7 days of delivery. This will enable us to process the return smoothly and provide you with the best possible service.
