Shipping

After placing and paying for your order, we will make sure your supplement is shipped as soon as possible from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Delivery time:
• Netherlands: ordered before 23:59 = usually delivered tomorrow
• Belgium: ordered before 19:30 = usually delivery time 1-2 working days
• Other countries: usually delivery 2-7 days

It may happen that a product is temporarily out of stock. If we do not receive your order within 10 days can deliver, you will receive an e-mail from us with the necessary information. You can then choose to receive the product later or cancel the order. In case of cancellation, we will refund the paid amount within 7 days back.

Returns:
You have the right to place your order within 14 days after receipt return without giving any reason.

To be eligible for returns:
- The product must unopened and undamaged are.
• Opened supplements cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.

Reimbursement:

  • After receiving and checking the returned product, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days back into your account.

  • Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer, unless the product was delivered defective.
